Martin Sharp

martin_sharp.jpgOur servant of the Lord Jesus Christ was baptized on May 7, 1993 at the Church of Christ Thirteenth Avenue Oakland, California, under the tutelage of Brother Joe C. Pitts, Sr. Their he served as the Associate Minister, Young Teen boys Teacher, Counselor, and was officially named full-time Minister at Church of Christ at Bayview in San Francisco, California on January 7, 2001.

Brother Sharp is married to Sister Doris Sharp and to their union they share two beautiful children. A daughter 16 yrs. Carmen Sharp and a 6 yr. old son Marcus Sharp.

EDUCATION: A graduate of George Washington High in San Francisco, 1982. Then attended City College of San Francisco, 1985 to 1987. Continued on at Laney College of Oakland perseuing his A.A. Degree. Further aspirations to complete his schooling in the immediate future. Also a student of the East Oakland Bible Institute their he is seekinga degree in Bible (Theology) and Church History.

Steve Martin

steve_martin.jpgSteve Martin is the Pulpit Minister at the Tri-Valley Church of Christ in Livermore where he has served since 2001. Prior to that Steve ministered at the Anderson Church of Christ near Redding for 11 years. He has degrees in NT studies and ministry from Pepperdine University and Princeton Theological Seminary, and recently published his first book — a young adult fantasy with Christian themes called “The Brand Medallion”. Steve and his wife Casey are nearing their 20th wedding anniversary and have three sons: Sam (17), Chris (16) and Nathan (14) — all currently in high school.

Jason Darden

jason_darden.jpgJason Darden was born on May 17th 1981 in Berkeley, Ca. He grew up in many different places due to his father being in the Active duty army. Those places have included: California, Germany, New York, Kentucky, Virgina, and Georgia,. He comes from a family history of gospel preachers. Starting with his grandfather Linnie Darden Jr., uncle Linnie Darden III (from Savannah, Ga), uncle Jamie Darden (from south Carolina) and his own father Darryl Darden (from the golden gate church ofChrist S.F., Ca). He learned the gospel from his father Darryl and his mother Susan, and was baptized at the young age of nine yrs. old. He attended Harding Christian University where he studied bible, Kinesiology, and Church of Christ missions. He earned his B.A. degree last May. While attending Harding University he met and later married a nursing student named Mary. Jason and Mary have been married for almost four years now and have two beautiful daughters, Alayla and Izabella. He has been preaching the gospel now for 6 yrs. His previous work includes 3 yrs with the Marcella Church of Christ in Marcella, Arkansas; 3 yrs with the West Pleasure Church of Christ in Searcy, Arkansas. He is currently the full-time minister at the North Metro Church of Christ.
